I am designing a new generation of product. Two optocouplers 4N33 are used in the product. What model can be used instead?

What is the essential difference between the performance of this isolation technology and optoelectronic coupling? What factors should be considered in design?

With magnetic coupling, the chip uses semiconductor technology to make miniature coils, and adds insulating layers between them, similar to transformers. In the design, the input and output should be as far away as possible, and the CMOS circuit itself should be paid attention to.

What is the insulation and withstand voltage index between the two sides of this isolation technology compared with the traditional optocoupler isolation technology? How about the drive and load capacity?

It is much better than optocoupler, can isolate 2.5KV/5KV, and is compatible with TTL/CMOS.

Does the transformer in digital isolation generate electromagnetic interference (EMI)? Will the saturation phenomenon of the normal transformer occur?

Because it is a chip-level transformer technology with a diameter of only 0.3 mm, it has good anti-electromagnetic interference capability.
