Function Introduction
The GL1400/GL1401/GL1402 four-channel digital magnetic isolator is designed based on the independent isolation technology of Zhongke Gelli Micro-Technology Co., Ltd., using CMOS and MEMS technology. It has excellent device performance and can replace optical coupler.
GL1400/GL1401/GL1402 is a four-channel digital isolator based on electromagnetic isolation, which can achieve complete electrical isolation between input and output. The left and right sides of the circuit are powered independently, and the data at the input end is high-frequency coded and the signal is restored at the output end. Working with 2.7V to 5.5V power supply voltage, 3V/5V level conversion can be realized.
The circuit can withstand the isolation voltage of 2500V, and the common-mode transient immunity is greater than 25KV/µ s.
