Function Introduction
The GL3200/GL3201 dual-channel digital magnetic isolator is designed and manufactured based on the independent isolation technology of Zhongke Geli Micro Technology Co., Ltd., using CMOS and MEMS technology. The device has excellent performance and can replace the optical coupler.
GL3200/GL3201 is a dual-channel digital isolator based on electromagnetic isolation, which can achieve complete electrical isolation between input and output. Both ends of the circuit are powered separately, and the power supply voltage from 3.0V to 5.5V can be used to work, and the 3V/5V level conversion can be realized. The two data channels are completely independent, which can encode the input data at high frequency and recover without distortion at the receiving end.
The circuit can provide 4000V ESD protection, can withstand 2500V isolation voltage, and the common-mode transient immunity is greater than 25kV/µ s.
