Senior analog circuit design engineer

Job description:
1. Responsible for the development of analog integrated circuit chips;
2. Complete analog circuit design, simulation, verification and other work together with project team members;
3. Assist the layout engineer to plan the layout and complete the layout design to ensure that the layout meets the requirements of circuit design;
4. Responsible for writing relevant design documents;
5. Assist test engineers to develop test specifications and solve problems in test development.
Job requirements:
1. Master degree or above in microelectronics or electronic engineering;
2. More than 5 years of analog circuit design experience, with solid analog integrated circuit design skills;
3. Proficient in the design of OPA, BGR, Comp, LDO, VCO and other basic modules, and familiar with the IC development process;
4. Master and be skilled in using Cadence design tools and simulation software such as Spectre;
5. Good team spirit, with certain management experience is preferred.
